Institut Teknologi Bandung adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri PTN terbaik yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia. Tercatat kampus ini selama beberapa tahun menyandang predikat sebagai kampus terbaik di Indonesia. Kampus yang berfokuskan pada teknologi ini berlokasikan di Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia dimana kampus ini merupakan salah satu kampus tertua di Indonesia yang mana sudah berdiri sejak 1920 yang pada saat itu dinamakan Technische Hoogeschool te Bandoeng. Untuk lebih jelasnya kami telah membuat artikel seputar Daftar Fakultas dan Jurusan di ITB. Jalur Seleksi Masuk ITB Setiap kampus memiliki caranya masing-masing dalam menyeleksi calon mahasiswanya. Dari tahun ketahun cara yang diterapkan mengalami beberapa perubahan baik proses hingga namanya. Institut Teknologi Bandung untuk sekarang menerapkan tiga jalur seleksi bagi calon mahasiswanya diantaranya adalah. 1. SNMPTN Seperti Kebanyakan Kampus lain, ITB juga menyaring mahasiswanya dengan menerapkan Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri SNMPTN. Seleksi ini merupakan penyaringan mahasiswa yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dengan memanfaatkan nilai rapor sebagai bahan acuan seleksi yang digunakan. Tidak semua orang bisa mendaftar melalui jalur yang satu ini. Setiap sekolah SMA/SMK diberi kuota yang berbeda untuk muridnya bisa mengikuti SNMPTN. Dan setiap Kampus juga memiliki kuota sendiri untuk menerima calon mahasiswanya melalui seleksi ini. ITB sendiri memberikan kuota 35% pada tahun 2020 untuk mahasiswanya yang diterima melalui SNMPTN. 2. SBMPTN Selain SNMPTN, ITB juga mengikuti seleksi yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah yaitu Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri SBMPTN. SBMPTN merupakan seleksi saringan masuk yang dilaksanakan secara serentak oleh Lembaga Tes Masuk Perguruan Tinggi LTMPT. Berbeda dengan SNMPTN, pada seleksi yang dilaksanakan kali ini mengharuskan calon mahasiswa untuk mengikuti serangkaian tes yang diselenggarakan oleh LTMPT. Kemenristekdikti sejak tahun 2018 telah menerapkan kebijakan baru dalam pelaksanaan SBMPTN dimana seleksi ini dilaksanakan seluruhnya berbasis UTBK Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer. Jadi nantinya soal tes akan dilaksanakan seluruhnya dengan menggunakan komputer. Dalam seleksi ini dibagi atas tiga kelompok yaitu Kelompok Saintek Sains dan Teknologi Kelompok Soshum Sosial dan Humaniora Kelompok Campuran gabungan antara saintek dan soshum Untuk kalian yang sedang mempersiapkan diri menghadapi SBMPTN atau UTBK, pada beberapa kesempatan lalu kami telah membuat artikel tentang Kumpulan Soal dan Pembahasan SBMPTN/UTBK. 3. Ujian Mandiri Ujian Mandiri adalah sebuah seleksi yang biasanya dilaksanakan secara mandiri oleh setiap Universitas. Ujian Mandiri dilaksanakn tanpa campur tangan dari pemerintah dalam proses penyeleksiannya. Sebelumnya ITB hanya menerapkan dua seleksi yaitu SBMPTN dan SNMPTN, namun sekarang ITB membuka kesempatan baru bagi calon mahasiswanya dengan membuka jalur seleksi baru sejak tahun 2019 yaitu Seleksi Mandiri ITB SM-ITB dengan kuota sebesar 30%. Ada beberapa hal yang penting diketahui bagi kita yang ingin mencoba melakukan pendaftaran melalui seleksi ini salah satunya adalah dimana seleksi ini diperuntukan hanya untuk kita yang telah mengikuti SBMPTN/UTBK sebelumnya karena pada SM-ITB acuan yang digunakan sebagai seleksinya yaitu menggunakan nilai UTBK. beberapa hal lain yang penting diketahui yaitu Berasal dari SMA/MA atau lulusan paket C dan memiliki nilai rapor semester 1 semester 6. Memiliki NISN. Meniliki nilai UTBK. Tidak diterima sebagai calon mahasiswa ITB melalui jalur seleksi SBMPTN/SNMPTN. Khusus pendaftar Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain FSRD, Mengikuti Tes Kemampuan Seni Rupa. Tidak buta warna untuk beberapa jurusan pilihan. USM SELEKSI MANDIRI ITB Seleksi mandiri USM merupakan kesempatan lain setelah dua kesempatan sebelumnya tertutup atau tidak lolos yakni snmptn dan sbmptn ITB. Selain itu juga memberi kesempatan bagi para siswa yang sebelumnya menempuh pendidikan di luar negeri, karena memang lulusan luar negeri tidak bisa mengikuti snmptn dan sbmptn kalau tidak salah. The ITB AQ Test will be conducted in English in the form of Online Computer Based Test Online CBT. ITB International Undergraduate Program applicants cannot replace the ITB AQ Test using the SAT results. After conducting academic activities at ITB, the study program concerned will determine the destination country and university for the outbound exchange program of each student. The implementation cost of the internationalization program activities does not include tuition fees per semester and will be entirely borne by the student concerned. It will largely depend on education and living costs at the ITB partner universities targeted abroad.
